Where the need arises, from time to time, ERC.GIVES will ONLY entertain projects from Eligible Canadian Exporters or Servicers that take advantage of Government of Canada trade team with respect to growing their business outside of Canada. Condition Precedent - The Eligible Canadian Exporter or Service provider [Servicer] is required to register with the Canadian Commercial Corporation [CCC] in order for them to provide the requisite support to the respective foreign government at all levels; thus, providing a government-to-government contracting mechanism that addresses risks pertaining to the transaction being contemplated. |
